I love your make-up. I too have very pale skin and freckles, I think I might take a look at the face makeup you use and give it a try! And your hair is super cute!

Great look! How well does your eyeshadow stay on without using a base? I'm a MAC girl too and always use either a Paint Pot (in Painterly for matte or Bare Study for shimmery colors) or Paints in Bare Canvas. I never have creasing and just attributed it to the base, but if I could skip that step in the morning, that would be great!

@Mel – i tried the mac paint pot and it didn't work great for me…i think my skin around my eyes is pretty oily so i need something that will really stick. i'm thinking about trying the primer from mark to see if that works well!

So I noticed that your sister washes her makeup brushes with some Sephora daily cleaning spray..do you use it too? Does it make a big difference vs once a week…I have 3 small boys so time is of the essence and I have to maximize my "girl" time. Thanks! Kathy

  20. Like you, I prefer not to wear a whole lot of makeup and have often felt a bit intimidated by tutorials where about a million products are being used! So…this was a really helpful post for me. Thankyou:)
