another month, another round of new ladies for you guys to meet!
blog: Feeding My Temple
blog focus/topics: food, family, faith & fitness!
if you had an entire day with nothing on the calendar to do, what would you spend your time doing? I’ll be honest, nap. 🙂 As a full time working mom, wife, blogger part time fitness coach, and student at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I could use some extra sleep! So exciting, I know.
one thing that you cannot do but you wish you could? SING! My husband is an amazing singer, I however am NOT.
blog focus/topics: lifestyle, recipes, crafts, faith
if you had an entire day with nothing on the calendar to do, what would you spend your time doing? I would probably go to a town I’ve never been to, explore the shops, the food, the people. It wouldn’t have to be an extravagant place. My favorite places are small towns where I can take in the culture, their rhythm, and learn about all their nooks and crannies.
one thing that you cannot do but you wish you could? to belt out a song really loud and it not sound like a pack of howling dogs
blog: Royal Daughter Designs
blog focus/topics: Christian lifestyle, blog & graphic design
if you had an entire day with nothing on the calendar to do, what would you spend your time doing? Sleeping! Ha! But once I woke up I’d enjoy working in my garden, reading a good book, and snuggling up to my ever so snuggleable (yes I just made up a word) husband to watch a movie.
one thing that you cannot do but you wish you could? Play the guitar. I play piano and (used to) play violin. But I have tiny little short fingers that can’t wrap their way around a guitar if the guitar strings’ life depended on it. So did I run off and marry an uber-talented guitarist? Nope. My oh-so-snuggleable (there it is again!) husband has no musical abilities whatsoever. Our future children are doomed.
blog: From This Side of Heaven
blog focus/topics: I started my blog bc my hubs and I were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. I thought it could be a good way to keep our supporters up to date. Well, it quickly became my outlet for our journey of infertility. I’m an open book. I’m also a follower of Christ. I wanted to use our fertility struggles as an opportunity to reach out & share my faith. Since having our daughter (yay!) my blog has evolved into multiple outlets. I am a crafting junkie and always have a project going on. I love to cook, and with that I sell Tastefully Simple. Ever heard of it? It’s fabulous! What can you find over at my blog? Recipes, cooking tips, crafts, jewelry, occational “deep thoughts” (or at least what I like to think are deep thoughts! Hehe), tons of updates about my precious Lindley Belle & my sweet football coaching/Bible teaching husbsnd. Basically my life from this side of heaven!
if you had an entire day with nothing on the calendar to do, what would you spend your time doing? I thought it would be funny to have my hubby answer this for me….he said “sleep!” I responded with “well, that doesn’t make me sound very interesting.” (haha) He said “well you do so much all the other days I figured you’d need the sleep if you had all that free time.” 🙂
one thing that you cannot do but you with you could? SING! Hands down. I mean, I can carry a tune. But to REALLY be able to sing. I love music and I love to worship. I wish I could do it publicly 🙂
