NutriFamilyMeals giveaway

today’s giveaway comes from Heather at NutriFamilyMeals. here’s what she has to say about it: NutriFamilyMeals was started by a mom and dietitian with the goal to get families back around the dinner table and take the stress out of dinner. A new, easy dinner plan is posted weekly including HEALTHY recipes and a shopping list. Just print and go! Eating good has never been so easy.

their meal plans are super easy and take all of the thinking out of making dinner…which, let’s be honest, is pretty great. if there’s one thing that i really do not like to do, it’s grocery shopping. i never know what i’m going to be in the mood to eat that week and usually end up buying more than i actually need and throwing things away. so, with NFM’s plans, i didn’t have that problem. a full grocery list was provided, as well as directions for each dish and when i should eat them. i mean, really, it cannot be easier.

so, if you’d like to give NFM a shot, enter the giveaway tool below for your chance to win one of 5 free one-month memberships for the Family Dinner Plan (which includes  the shopping list, meal plan, and directions)
a Rafflecopter giveaway

I am the worst at meal planning! I don't even do it-I just come home from work and search around in the fridge/pantry and end up eating the same thing about 3 nights a week. I'd love to have options!

  10. I would love to win this because even though I only have to cook for my husband and I, with work, playing in a few different sports leagues and other events, our meal system has gotten a little out control. I can't think of it getting any easier than NFM – having my grocery list pre-created and knowing when we'll be eating what is a win-win!

    Hi Lauren,
I feel the same way you do – I grocery shop on Sundays and have no idea what I will feel like eating later in the week. And many nights it just sounds like so much work to think of something and then make it! This would be perfect!

I would love to win this since I cannot seem to create any kind of meal plan for my family. Week after week we eat the same thing and nothing ever changes. I feel like a horrible wife and mother because there is no variety and I assume with me being this way it has something to do with that fact that my daughter has a hard time trying new things. Always tell her you have to try something before you can say you don't like it ๐Ÿ™‚ Okay getting off topic, but this would hopefully help me better plan our meals and shop more effectively. Thanks for the opportunity!

  49. I would love to win because with a family of 6 it's hard to always plan what to make for dinner.I watch children during the day and barely have time to go to the grocery store to get the stuff for dinner after I decide what to make and then half the time i forgot what I really needed. This would be fantastic to have it would make dinner and my life a little easier.
