cleanser meets exfoliator

there’s a new face wash in town. and this face wash is the bomb, according to this girl.

let me first tell you that i have very sensitive skin. like, obnoxiously sensitive skin. i have psoriasis on my scalp, incredibly sensitive ears (they were infected constantly when i was a kid), and am allergic to just about every moisturizer, face wash, powder, anything-i-put-on-my-face on the planet, minus a select few. which means that when i find a product or brand that doesn’t cause my face to break out in a rash that’s impossible to cover up, i tend to stick with using that product/brand and not experimenting with anything else.

lucky for me, mark. products are part of the secret society of usable products for me! i’ve been using their blush, eyeliner, and moisturizer for about a year now and absolutely love them. i cannot say enough good things about that moisturizer. it’s the best i’ve ever tried. if you’re in the market, i recommend giving it a shot.

i decided to take a risk and try their purifying gel cleanser, since i knew that my skin was okay with their other products. i’ve only used it for a couple days, but i can already tell a noticeable difference. my face is brighter, cleaner feeling, and i definitely have fewer blemishes than when i started. as if the cleanser wasn’t great enough on it’s own, i also bought the exfoliating beads, which is made up of pomegranate seeds, apricot seed powder, and rice powder. the two of them together? my goodness, that’s a good combination. my skin has never felt softer or cleaner than it did after exfoliating with the cleanser and beads.

so, this is my public service announcement for the day. if you’re in the market for a new cleanser or some exfoliating beads to use with the current cleanser you’re using, i recommend both of these products.

oh, and you can buy them here.

Do you have a hard time with lipstick? I have super sensitive skin and my lips break out and chap from lipstick. Trying to find some I can wear.
