Poor Mike has been sick with food poisoning-like symptoms the past day and a half, so I’ve been playing Nurse Ratched trying to make him comfortable and get him healthy again. I think he’s on the mend, but I know how miserable it is to feel unhealthy, so I’m hoping he feels good again soon!
I’ve been looking forward to today because I’m going to a country music festival in Chicago for the day! I’ve never been to a music festival like this before, so I’m looking forward to seeing what it’s like and enjoying the beautiful weather.
I ordered this dress the other day and cannot wait for it to arrive. I’m hoping that it fits how I want it to (it’s always hard to know when you order things online)!
I’ve always loved bright pink lipstick. I’m on the hunt for another one for the summer and I think I’m between MAC Invite Intrigue, BITE Kimchi or MAC Breathing Fire. Now it’s just a matter of getting to the store to try them on!
I finally caved and ordered Chrissy Teigen’s Cravings Cookbook and want to make alllllll the things. I’ve only tried one of the recipes (Sesame Chicken Noodles), but everything looks so dang good.

I got Cravings right after it came out. The Sesame Chicken Noodles was the first thing I tried too! It's such a fun cookbook! We also tried the Lemony Arugula Spaghetti Cacio E Pepe and just made the Dutch Baby for brunch. I highly recommend both!
Nurse Ratched is a terrible nurse to emulate. She was incredibly abusive and dictatorial. Hope you didn't treat him too badly while he was down and out.
