Happy Friday! Today is a fun day because it’s my husband’s birthday! We’re heading into the city later today for some things that I’ve planned for us to do – I’m looking forward to spoiling him a little bit!
We’re a little late to the party, but finally started watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. It’s not the kind of show I would normally pick, but I’m enjoying it! I’m coming to understand why it has such amazing reviews.
I’ve been using this foundation lately and really like it. I had tried it in the past and felt like it was causing me to break out more than usual, but I’m realizing now that was more of a result of my skincare routine than the makeup. I’ve used it for the past week or so and haven’t had any issues, so I think I’m in the clear! I love the coverage and that it looks great even until the end of the day. I wear the shade Fresco.

I loved Mrs. Maisel, but the language is terrible, especially from her agent, Susie. I mean, does she really need to use the F word a gazillion times in each episode? ugh. Other than that, it’s a great show!
I’ve heard so much about the marvelous mrs. maisle but like you–it’s not the kind of show I would typically watch. I’m tempted to give it a go, but haven’t felt that overwhelming “push” to do so. Sometimes I feel like I have to be ready to take on a new tv series. Like it’s a commitment or something. 😂
