Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas

Valentine’s Day is one of those “holidays” that I fall pretty neutral on. I don’t hate it, I don’t really do anything to celebrate. I do miss the days of making and passing out Valentine’s to my friends and classmates in elementary school! If nothing else, I think it’s a good excuse for a date night, especially if those are hard to come by! We will probably just make dinner at home and lounge for the evening, which isn’t much unlike other weeknights at our house, and I’m perfectly good with that!

Whether you’re staying in, going out with your significant other, or getting together with your girlfriends, here are a few ideas of what to wear without having to buy something!

Cardigan (I wear this every day!) | Tee | Joggers (fit TTS) | Bralette | Slippers | Lip Mask

I will 100% be wearing something like this! To make it a little festive and fun, you could wear whatever pink things you have in your closet or a pretty bralette.

Blouse (a great closet staple) | Denim | Bag | Booties | Earrings | Lipstick (shade: Patina) | Nail Polish | Blush

If we were going out to dinner, I’d opt for something like this. I love an all black look with a pop of something, like those leopard booties.

Camisole | Cardigan (this looks so soft!) | Denim | Flats | Necklaces | Lipstick

If I were going to meet some girlfriends for happy hour, I’d do something pretty and feminine like this. I love the lace trim on the cami and the sophistication of a pointed-toe flat.

No matter what you do, if anything at all, I hope you have fun and feel loved!

I love all of these outfits! I work in a long term care home, so primarily seniors with dementia, so I went out and found adult-ish versions of the Valentine’s from elementary school and wrote each resident a Valentine. I’m so excited to hand them out!
