Books I’ve Read and Loved, Part Three

Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens

This is one of the better books that I’ve read in recent times! It’s so well-written. The character development that happens throughout the book was my favorite thing about it. Definitely recommend!

The Marriage Lie by Kimberly Belle

Another psychological thriller, this one kept my interest and went a different direction than I was expecting!

The Good Daughter by Karin Slaughter

This one was good! Consider yourself warned: it’s a bit disturbing. I found myself having a hard time putting it down, reading cover to cover in just under a week!

Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell

I got through this one pretty quickly, as well! It was a little predictable, but still an enjoyable read.

I Let You Go by Clare Mackintosh

This one took me a bit more time to get into. When I would read long stretches of it, I would find myself really enjoying it, but then would have a hard time picking it back up. The storyline definitely kept me on my toes as the book went on.

I LOVED Where the Crawdads Sing. It was the first book for my friends’ newly formed bookclub and we all loved it. Such lovely writing!
