Our Front Porch

One feature I was hoping to get with our new home was a front porch. I’ve always dreamt of having a wraparound porch – I think it’s so charming and adds a lot of warmth to a home. We ended up finding a house that we loved with a great-sized front porch and I was so happy! Shortly after moving in, I decided I wanted to add a swing to the wider side. We’ve gotten a lot of use out of it, especially since we brought Liam home. I added a few decorative touches to finish out the area and love it so much!

Whether you have a full-size wraparound or a simple front stoop on your home, adding some decorative elements is a great way to give the entrance of your home a little warmth. A simple wreath and doormat go a long way! Here’s a look at how the porch is styled from spring/summer. I cannot wait to decorate for Christmas in a few months!

A lot of the things I purchased are out of stock, but here are the sources:

Swing (cushion from Polywood) // Pillow // Rug // Tan lantern // Black lantern // Faux fern plants // Adirondack rocking chairs (similar) // Sea glass table // Wreath // Striped doormat // Hello doormat no longer sold – love this one!//

In the fern baskets is that 1 bunch or 2 bunches in each basket? I have been trying to find good faux ferns for a long time that are not extremely expensive. And yours look amazing!
