I don’t know about you, but my bed is my favorite place on earth. The two “action” things I look forward to most everyday: making my first cup of coffee and crawling into bed at the end of the day. I’m not sure what that says about me, but that’s something to explore at a later time. I’ve always loved spending time in bed, but I absolutely relish it these days. The days of slow mornings in bed are gone, for now, and I’m usually pretty tired when I get in bed at night. Even though I’m not spending as much time just hanging out in it, I still want my bed to be super comfortable. Part of that is the mattress that we have (as Casper from Costco – it’s great!), but a larger part comes down to our bedding!

We’ve used a white duvet cover for years. I love the crisp, clean look and that it can easily transition with the seasons. I like to add a blanket for some color and for an extra layer of warmth in the colder months. I used to mix up the throw pillows more often, but am finding that I like having a more classic look with all white and a little pop of grey.
I love how the warm white in our headboard plays off of the crisp white in our bedding. I feel like it looks clean and simple, but also adds a layer of coziness to the room!
All this time talking about how much I love my bed has me wanting to crawl right in and take a nap.
