The Final Piece for Our New Dining Room

You might remember that our dining room looked quite a bit different when we first moved into our home. It was the easiest space to decorate because we took every single piece from our last dining room and just placed it right into our new one! As we lived here for a little bit and brought Liam into our home, it became pretty obvious to me that we didn’t have a need for a formal dining space. Our previous dining set, while beautiful, was more formal than I wanted, especially since this dining area is the only one we have! We have a good-sized kitchen island that can accommodate 5 stools, which we eat around often, but I wanted another space to sit and enjoy a meal together that felt more like us.

After waiting months to get all the pieces in, I’m so happy with how it all came together! The last piece was finding art for the long wall in the room, which also happened to be the first wall you would see upon walking into our house and looking in the dining room. I wanted to make a bit of a statement and love how the art I chose brought everything together!
