How was your week? Mine felt like it was flying by some days and moving at a snails’ pace on others, so I’m happy to see Friday! My parents arrive today, so I’m looking forward to having them here! I’ve got a few things on the menu for the weekend, including making the burrata pasta tonight. This will be my 4th or 5th time making it – it is SO good and a total crowd-pleaser! It looks to be a nice weather weekend, so I’m sure we’ll spend lots of time outside. Other than that, we don’t have much on the agenda.
Mike and I finished watching Nine Perfect Strangers on Hulu earlier this week. It was definitely entertaining and kept us on our toes! I’d recommend it, if you’re looking for a new show to try out.
Do you spend any time on Pinterest anymore? I feel like it sort of died out for a minute, but I’ve found myself logging back in to find inspiration and pin a lot of things. It’s a great resource!
