Coffee Conversations

I hope you’ve had a good week! Mine went by quickly, which was mostly a good thing. It’s a very rare occasion that you’ll hear me say something negative about a fast-moving week, but I do feel a little behind on work. I’m hoping to catch up to a good spot today, though!

If you saw it on Stories last night, I made Gigi Hadid’s viral spicy vodka pasta. It was good! I think I would prefer tomato sauce to tomato paste, but that’s my only note. I love vodka sauce, especially when it has a little kick to it, so now I’m on a mission to find the best recipe out there. This one will be next!

Liam and I have been going for a walk in the morning and it’s been so nice. I usually let him play in the play room for about an hour (or however long he’ll last) and then we’re ready for a change of scenery. It feels good to get my body moving and get a little mood boost from the fresh air!
