One of my favorite cocktails is a Moscow Mule. It’s refreshing, not overly sweet, and really easy to make! Something about the copper mug they’re traditionally served in makes it feel like the perfect fall drink. I’d drink one any time of the year, though! You can customize it a bit to you’re preferences, adding more or less ginger beer and lime juice. I like the lime flavor to come through, so I add a little more than a lot of recipes. You can also swap the alcohol for something else, like using tequila to make a Mexican mule or a Kentucky mule using bourbon whiskey.
